Dive into a magical escape at the Mountain Mermaid Retreat, tucked deep within the Cherokee National Forest. Often called the Lake of Dreams, this quarry glimmers with cool, clear water that is perfect for cultivating mental clarity, self-confidence, and mermaid swimming techniques that honor your unique mersona.
Between swims, we’ll wander mossy trails, hike beneath towering trees, and splash along babbling creeks for fairy-inspired photoshoots where sunlight filters through leaves and time feels deliciously slow. Expect a blend of playful curiosity and nature-nerd delight as we explore the ecosystem around us, stargaze under dark mountain skies, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
Through creative expression, goal-setting, and the magic of a supportive community, you’ll leave feeling deeply connected to nature, to yourself, and to your inner mermaid.

This retreat is all-inclusive, which means lodging and meals are included! The community living arrangements mean that everyone will have their own bed, and some people may share a room. Meals will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks!
